Process Evidence Studio is a work-in-progress product from Divitae, designed to help consultants turn event logs and operational data dumps into process maps, bottleneck findings, deviations, automation opportunities and consultant-ready discovery evidence.
Product in development: Process Evidence Studio is currently being prototyped and tested with consultants and transformation teams. We are validating the user experience, process discovery workflow and consultant evidence model before wider release.
The Problem
Many transformation and AI discovery exercises still rely on interviews, workshops and manually assembled spreadsheets. Those methods are useful, but they often struggle to prove what is actually happening inside a process.
Meanwhile, enterprise process mining platforms are powerful, but can be too heavy for a fast consulting discovery sprint. They are designed for continuous monitoring rather than rapid discovery.
Process Evidence Studio is being designed to close that gap.

The interactive demos below show what PES will do with a real process data upload. This is a contact centre case management process with 7,070 cases across 3 variants.
Case tokens flow in real time. Bottleneck accumulates at Resolve Case. Hover the node.

Capability
Upload CSV or Excel process data
Infer likely case ID, activity, timestamp and resource fields
Validate event log quality before analysis begins
Reconstruct the real process from raw event data
Show the happy path first, then reveal deviations and variants
Identify bottlenecks, loops and rework patterns
Highlight AI and automation suitability by process segment
Generate consultant-ready findings and evidence packs
How It Works
Bring a CRM, ERP, ACD, ticketing or case management extract. CSV or Excel accepted.
PES suggests the key process fields and shows confidence levels for each inference.
The tool reconstructs the process and identifies the happy path and its variants.
PES identifies bottlenecks, rework, delays, deviations and compliance risks.
The consultant receives evidence-backed findings and AI and automation recommendations.
Differentiation
PES is not intended to replace Celonis, Signavio, ARIS or Apromore. It is designed for a different moment: the consulting discovery phase.

Use Cases
Use ACD and CRM data to identify transfer loops, repeat contact, after-call work, queue bottlenecks and AI assist opportunities.
Analyse incident paths, SLA breaches, approval delays, reassignment loops and control violations.
Review invoice, approval, exception and payment flows to identify rework, delays and automation readiness.
Understand case variants, handoffs, reopens, escalations and suitability for AI-supported triage.
Roadmap
We are building PES incrementally, validating each capability with consultants before moving to the next. If you have a specific discovery use case you would like us to consider, we would like to hear from you.

Evidence export into the Divitae Discovery Intelligence Platform
We are looking for consultants, transformation teams and operational leaders who want to test a lighter, evidence-led approach to process discovery. If that sounds like you, we would like to talk.
